Alkimos Plumbing and Gas is a fast-growing, reputable and trusted plumbing and gas company based in Yanchep servicing all Perth Metro areas. We are a close-knit team who are in a rapid growth phase and require an administrator to assist us in a part time capacity. The candidate is required to:
- Answer and respond to phone, email and social media enquiries in a timely manner
- Enter customer work orders into job management software
- Liaise with private and commercial customers
- Assist in general office duties, such as typing, mail, data capturing, travel arrangements and ad hoc duties
- Provide administration support to our team of plumbers and business owners
- Schedule jobs in job management software, ensuring jobs are running on time or rescheduling them as required
- Order materials and liaise with suppliers
- Submit industry relevant reports, notifications and records online
Skills Required:
- Intermediate knowledge of Apple iMac and associated Apple software i.e. Safari, Mail, Calendar
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
- Experience using ServiceM8 Job Management software (preferred but not essential)
- Fast and accurate typing speed with attention to detail with strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure and the ability to confidently work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional telephone manner that ensures great customer service at all times
- A growth mindset and the ability to easily adapt to a changing environment
- Knowledge of Perth Metro area suburbs
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Available three days a week for an eight hour shift between the hours 7am - 5pm
