Meet the Team

Martin

Martin started Alkimos Plumbing and Gas 6 years ago. He realised that his passion, customer service, work ethic and determination could lead him to becoming a well established, family business.

Martin has 17 years plumbing and gas installation experience. He completed his apprenticeship in Scotland and has been working as a plumber and gas fitter in Australia for 12 years. Starting off as an owner operated business, he then went on to employ 3 others. When Martins not busy at work he is surfing, at crossfit or hanging out with his 3 kids and wife.

Jack

Jack is in his 4th year of his apprenticeship with Alkimos Plumbing and Gas. He is a hardworking and reliable team member who prioritises customer service and satisfaction. He is known for his chatty personality and reminding everyone of his Leonardo DiCaprio comparisons. Jack will become a tradesman in a few months and we look forward to offering him more responsibility within the business. When Jack isn’t at work, he’s on the oval playing football.

Nathan

Nathan is our newest recruit. He is a fully qualified tradesman with near to 20 years of experience. Originally from Northern Ireland and a previous business owner himself, he understands the importance of customer satisfaction. Therefore, Nathan has taken on the role as Team Leader on project jobs and is our maintenance plumber. He is very efficient, hardworking and honest. When not at work Nathan is playing golf, football, swimming or creating future master chefs by baking with his kids.

Brooke

Brooke has been working behind the scenes in Alkimos Plumbing and Gas since we opened in 2013. Always having an active part in her parents business, she was able to help Martin with the BAS and pays.
Recently though, she has taken on the role of admin and accounts manager which has her in charge of accounts receivable and payables. Brooke works in between running the household and chasing 3 young kids. When she’s not completing office or mum duties she enjoys going to crossfit.
