Do you charge a call out fee?
Our minimum charge is $120 incl GST which covers the first hours labour. However, many of our jobs have set prices so contact us today for a no-obligation quote!
Do you charge credit card fees?
Unfortunately yes, a 2% surcharge is applied to all card transactions which is passed on to the customer.
Do you offer pensioner discount?
Yes, we offer 10% discount on labour for pensions with a valid pensioner card.
Do you offer same day service?
99% of the time we can get a team member out to you on the same day that you called if it is an emergency situation and cannot wait.
Which areas do you service?
From Lancelin to Mandurah.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes, no job is too big or too small for us.
Do you do gas?
Yes, we do. We are all certified plumbing and gas tradesmen.
Can you provide other trades other than plumbers?
Yes, our renovations team consists of home maintenance, electrician, tiler, shower screen and mirror installer.
Are you owner builder friendly?
Yes! We have many years of experience working together with owner builders to achieve their vision.
Where should I purchase products from?
We can purchase them for you. We get trade discount which we pass on to our customers.
How do you identify hidden leaks?
We have a leak detection system and also a camera inspection device to diagnose these problems.
Do you offer a warranty?
All warranties on materials are as per manufacturers instructions.
What certificates do you generate?
All minor plumbing works are lodged on a 25 jobs per page ‘minor works certificate’. We are not legally obliged to provide this to customers. However if major works has been completed you will be given an email copy of the major works certificate.
Why haven’t I been supplied with a receipt?
An invoice is generated by our billing system, if you require a receipt please email email@example.com and one can be emailed to you.
